How It Works

From First Message to an Accurate Scope

Four clear stages, with timing confirmed after we understand the vehicle and project.

1

Share the Basics

Submit the form, email, or call with the year, make, model, quantity, project type, current photos, equipment, desired coverage, and target date.

2

We Review the Scope

We identify missing measurements, surface concerns, artwork needs, vehicle variations, owner-supplied identifiers, and scheduling constraints before preparing the written quote.

3

Design & Approval

After scope approval, our design team builds the artwork on the appropriate vehicle template and revises it through the review rounds defined in the proposal. Production begins only after written proof approval.

4

Production & Installation

Approved artwork moves through print, lamination, preparation, and installation. Your project schedule is confirmed from design approval, material availability, vehicle readiness, and bay capacity.

Common Questions

Before You Reach Out

How fast will I get a response?
Quote requests submitted during business hours (Mon–Fri 9–6) typically get a same-day response. Off-hours and weekend submissions get a response the next business day. Fleet inquiries are prioritized — include "FLEET" in the message field for fastest routing.
Do I need to visit your facility?
Not necessarily. For single-vehicle projects, we can quote from photos and vehicle details submitted via the form. For fleet projects, we typically recommend a facility tour and an in-person scoping conversation — but we can also coordinate remotely for fleet customers outside the immediate tri-state area.
Can you come to my fleet yard?
Shop installation is our standard workflow. On-site installation may be evaluated for a qualifying fleet project when the site provides suitable access, lighting, power, weather protection, cleanliness, security, working space, and reliable vehicle-release windows. Availability is confirmed only after the project and site are reviewed.
Do you require a deposit?
For projects under $2,000, no deposit — invoice on completion. For projects $2,000–$10,000, a 50% deposit secures the design and production slot, with the balance due on completion. For larger fleet projects, we structure payments as 40% at design approval, 30% at production start, 30% at delivery. Net-30 terms available for established corporate accounts.
Can I see examples before committing?
Yes. Our portfolio is available across all the service pages, our Reviews page has 150+ customer testimonials with project context, and we're happy to share additional examples relevant to your specific vehicle type or industry during the quote conversation.
